Here you can find some useful resources for your research.
SCAView is an interactive viewer for clinical ataxia data. It is a web-based application that allows you to explore and visualize clinical data from patients with ataxia. The application is developed by the Cerebellum team at the DZNE Bonn.
The Young Investigator Initiative (YII) was initiated by Heike Jacobi and Jennifer Faber and formed within the framework of SCA Global as a platform for scientific exchange amongst young researchers and for education and training purposes. The idea is to assure high quality of clinical assessments by trained clinicians and to attract and bring together young researchers within the field of ataxia research.
AGI members can get access to SARA Training Tool by applying at the DZNE (AGI membership certificate needed). After the application process, you will receive a SARA Training Tool account for the period of your AGI membership.
CerebNet is a deep learning tool for precise, automated segmentation of the cerebellum, crucial for tracking neurodegenerative diseases like spinocerebellar ataxia. It achieves high accuracy and reliability, making it valuable for early detection and treatment assessment. Compatible with FreeSurfer, it provides efficient, end-to-end analysis on a consumer GPU, supporting both clinical and research use.
This pipeline is based on the ENIGMA cerebellum protocol and provides a fully automated cerebellum and brainstem segmentation pipeline. It includes quality control and is available as a Docker/Singularity container.
